ABOUT US: The Wilfrid Laurier University Students’ Union is an independent not-for-profit organization formally affiliated with Wilfrid Laurier University. We are governed by a Board of Directors, 12 elected undergraduate students, and managed by an elected President and CEO who serves a 1-year term. The President’s Executive Leadership Team, both current students and recent graduates, serve in their roles alongside a continuing staff team managed by our Executive Director.

The Students’ Union exists to represent, advocate for, and support all Laurier undergraduate students. We work to ensure the student experience is affordable, accessible, safe, and that a high-quality academic experience is paired with opportunities for diverse and inclusive social interaction. It is our goal to be a student-driven organization that is accountable to our members, community focussed, and adaptable to change.

SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced professional who is at a stage in their career where they value both stability and flexibility. This individual has already established a foundation in their professional career and is now looking to apply their skills in a role that offers both balance and opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate brings a sense of reliability, attention to detail, and a customer service focused mindset while maintaining a proactive work ethic that would help to streamline processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

This role is a full-time 3 year contact position that includes:
