Buffet Options

Buffet options are per person plus tax with a minimum order size of 20 people. Please note, advanced notice is required for us to properly prepare a dietary specific meal.

Salad Options (choose one)

Garden Salad

A fresh mix of garden greens, cucumbers and tomatoes served with balsamic vinaigrette 

Caesar Salad

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, topped with parmesan, crunchy croutons, and bacon crumble. 

Creamy Pasta Primavera Salad

Chilled pasta with fresh seasonal vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli and cherry tomatoes, all coated in a rich, herb-infused creamy dressing.

Chopped Caprese Salad

Cherry tomato, mini bocconcini, basil with balsamic vinaigrette

Thick cut Texas toast

Mac N' Cheese - $20 per person

Cavatappi noodles, peppers, caramelized onion and three cheese blends

Lasagna (Meat or Vegetarian) - $26 per person

A comforting classic with layers of pasta, rich sauce, and melted cheese - available in hearty meat or flavourful vegetarian options.

Chicken Parmesan - $29 per person

Penne pasta served with marinara and alfredo sauce with buttermilk crispy chicken breast topped with marinara, mozzarella and parmesan. 

Penne and Grilled Chicken - $25 per person

Penne pasta served with marinara and grilled chicken

Creamy Coconut Chicken - $27 per person

Pan seared chicken breast cooked in coconut milk and tomato sauce, served on a bed of basmati rice and steamed vegetables

Penne Pasta - $20 per person

Penne pasta served with marinara and alfredo sauce

Creamy Pasta Primavera - $20 per person

A vibrant blend of seasonal vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli and cherry tomatoes, all coated in a rich, herb-infused creamy dressing.

Rosemary Chicken - $26 per person

Rosemary, thyme and lemon marinated pan seared chicken breast with gravy/ au jus served with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. 

Premium Entrée Options (choose one)

Buttermilk Squash Ravioli with Grilled Chicken - $38 per person

Tender ravioli filled with butternut squash, paired with grilled chicken and finished in alfredo sauce

Seared Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce - $38 per person

Perfectly seared salmon paired with golden roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables finished with a bright lemon dill sauce

Chicken Supreme - $39 per person

Pan seared chicken supreme cooked in cream sauce, served with roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables. 

Roast Beef - $43 per person

Served with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and au jus. 

Roast Beef and Chicken Supreme - $60 per person

Served with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and au jus.

Choice of protein; taco beef, BBQ pulled pork and plant-based ground beef. Includes hard shells, soft shells, shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and Poblano avocado ranch

Mini Bao - 2 per person

Tandoori chicken or Jerk pork served with coleslaw

Mac N' Cheese

Includes bacon bits, green onion and ketchup

We take food preparation seriously and take precautions to safeguard our guests with allergies and other dietary requirements, however, please be aware we can never guarantee 100% that cross contamination of products will not occur.

 

Plant based and Halal items are cooked using the same equipment as non-plant based and non-Halal products.
