ABOUT US: The Wilfrid Laurier University Students’ Union is an independent not-for-profit organization formally affiliated with Wilfrid Laurier University. We are governed by a Board of Directors, 12 elected undergraduate students, and managed by an elected President and CEO who serves a 1-year term. The President’s Executive Leadership Team, both current students and recent graduates, serve in their roles alongside a continuing staff team managed by our Executive Director.
The Students’ Union exists to represent, advocate for, and support all Laurier undergraduate students. We work to ensure the student experience is affordable, accessible, safe, and that a high-quality academic experience is paired with opportunities for diverse and inclusive social interaction. It is our goal to be a student-drive organization that is accountable to our members, community focussed, and adaptable to change. SUMMARY:

POSITION LEVEL: Part-time, contract
PAY RANGE: $100 per event
REPORTS TO: Vice President: Programming & Services Waterloo
CLOSING DATE: Friday, July 17th, 2026 at 11:59 pm
