Health and Wellness Month aims to support students' physical, emotional, social, sexual, and financial wellness as they all pertain to our overall self-growth and mental health. Health and Wellness Month is a Students’ Union initiative inspired to provide education and awareness of the dimensions of health and wellness as they impact the student life cycle.
Laurier students can expect to see highlighted events and campaigns from Your Students’ Union and Laurier campus partners to support their overall health and wellness as we enter the final stretch of the semester.
Additionally, Health and Wellness Month works to educate students on the importance of balance and the key dimensions of health and wellness as they impact our mental health and overall well-being.
